Heading on a CLIMB

When I signed up for the CLIMB mentorship programme, I thought it would just be a place where I could interact with my seniors and maybe ask them about the course? Needless to say, it exceeded my expectations.

The orientation itself was such an informative session, with all of the super talented mentors. I was making notes every second of the meeting I had with my mentor after the orientation. College experiences were shared along with GPA’s and tips.

In my first week alone I got the answers to most of my questions, such as Places I could apply to for internships? Where should I invest my time? What is more essential internships or grades or POR’s? How do I improve? What kind of projects I can do? And most importantly, How do I discover where exactly my passion lies in the broad field that’s environmental engineering. With questions and plenty of patience, the so-called, ‘introductory session’ took the course of hour-long meaty notes making meeting.

Loving this initiative Climb DTU!
